  • Customer Survey Terms and Conditions

  • The free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Orchard Toys and their families. 
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the free prize draw. 
  • To enter, participants must complete the Orchard Toys consumer survey in full by 31st March 2025. We do not accept any responsibility for any entries which are not successfully completed (e.g lost or delayed) due to technical faults (including, but not limited to, hardware, software and network faults) or for entries which we do not receive.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. 
  • All valid respondents will be entered into a free prize draw to win a £50 voucher to spend on the Orchard Toys website (orchardtoys.com). One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be selected on 1st April 2025 and notified within 7 working days. 
  • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey. 
  • The voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. 
  • The voucher must be redeemed on the Orchard Toys website (orchardtoys.com) and used by 1st October 2025.
  • Our decision regarding any aspect of the free prize draw is binding and final. We will not enter into any correspondence about the decision. By entering into the free prize draw, you consent to us using your personal information in administering the free prize draw and for purposes as defined by our privacy policy. If we are required to publish or otherwise make available information which indicates that a valid award has taken place, the first name and county of the prize winner will be available by emailing marketing@orchardtoys.com within 1 month of the closing date.
  • Orchard Toys reserves the right to cancel or amend the incentive and these terms and conditions without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
  • These terms and conditions and the free prize draw shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, or Scotland, as determined by your residency.
