Misplaced Pieces

If you are missing pieces from your Orchard Toys game you can order up to three replacements FREE* of charge. *A charge of £1.30 will be applied to cover postage and packaging and additional pieces are charged at £1 per piece.

To place your order, simply click on the relevant button below and select your game title. Unfortunately we are unable to keep stock of every piece of every game. If the game or piece you are looking for is not listed then this unfortunately means we no longer have the replacement part available.

• Due to high demand, please allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement part to be despatched.  
• Please note, that some of our games have been redesigned and therefore it is imperative you doublecheck that the piece you require is the same piece displayed in the image on the game title you have chosen.

Please note that unfortunately, we cannot offer replacement jigsaw puzzle pieces. Each jigsaw puzzle is individually produced and therefore we are unable to guarantee that the new piece would fit your puzzle. Thank you for your understanding.
